Mark your calendars: BVHS will host a Hall of Fame night on Friday, January 27th. Individual members inducted in the Hall of Fame will be recognized on the main court, while Hall of Fame teams will be also be announced. A special night that BV sports fans won't want to miss!!
BVHS Athletics Update: Girls Basketball games vs. Princeton scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 22nd will be CANCELLED due to winter storm threat. The games will be rescheduled to Saturday, Jan. 14th, 2023.

Along with teachers and staff, students are encouraged to wear holiday pajamas on Monday and ugly holiday sweaters on Tuesday to bring holiday spirit to our last day of semester finals and our BVHS Gives Back Day.
Great performances by the Bureau Valley Dance Team today at the Kewanee Invitational. BV fans are encouraged to make it to home boys basketball games to see the BV Dance Team’s show off its dedication and excellence at halftime!!
Adapted PE enjoyed a day out with our bowling trip to Paone’s Blackhawk Lanes in Sterling! It was a great way to end our semester.

In the flame of a Bunsen Burner, metallic compounds produce unique colors. Chemistry students conduct these flame tests to identify four unknown metallic compounds.
