It was a beautiful night for football! Go Storm!

Plenty of fun and games at last night’s Tailgate Party before the football game. Good job by Mr. Schisler and the Leadership class for putting on the event! Thanks to Flo’s on Pulaski food truck for feeding students and Paul Britt for grilling meals for teachers.

A victor has finally been crowned in the Storm Chasers ultimate volleyball game. It was a hard fought, back and forth battle, but this was the team that ended up on top! Despite what the score board reads, the game ended with a final score of 104-101. The students had a blast!

Today was our first “Olympic Challenge Friday” in Adapted PE and the theme was track. The students completed a relay, the 100 yard dash, and the softball throw. Our overall trophy winner of the day was Callie Jo for her 120% effort, positive attitude and sportsmanship!

Strength & Conditioning students are finishing up their 2nd week of acclimation & form workouts. Whether they have taken the class before, or are taking it for the first time, the students strive for perfect form during their movements! Upperclassmen have done a great job of being leaders and helping the underclassmen with all aspects pertaining to the exercises that are performed while weight training. Great job!
