BV Elementary STEM Students in 3rd grade were tasked with creating a free standing snowman out of paper. Students in 4th grade used their folding skills to make paper footballs and their engineering skills to crest a goal post out of straws, pipe cleaners, and tape. Students in 5th grade were tasked with creating a bobsled that could successfully slide down a ramp.

Even with the late start, 4th grade was still able to have their Glacier National Park virtual lesson. They learned about the rock layers and how glaciers formed the area of the park. It was a great experience!
