Ms. Ackerman's 7th grade ELA class presented their non-fiction articles focusing on the events of 9/11. Students had to identify and explain what led to the attacks and the effects we see in our country today. They all did a wonderful job teaching each other about this topic!

In a tech filled world, it is still important for kids to have map reading skills. It helps develop spatial awareness and a sense of direction & also empowers kids to be more self-reliant, enabling them to find their way in unfamiliar places without relying solely on technology.
