Chemistry students are working to characterize different substances as either covalent compounds or ionic compounds. The determination is made based on aqueous solubility, conductivity, and melting point.

Physics students are finding the coefficient of friction for a sliding sled and a rolling cart. The photogates and kinematics are first used to find the acceleration, and then dynamics is used to determine the coefficient of friction.

Art 2 students are loving the new iPads and Apple Pencils to create digital art. Students will be able to print a high quality image of their artwork with the new photo printer provided by a Bureau Valley Foundation Grant!

A very fun day of Tiny Twisters at BVHS!! The Child Care students did a great job of leading the cupcake-themed activities and working with the little kiddos. The next Tiny Twisters day will be on Tuesday, April 4th.

⭐ Why did the pickle have so much fun at the FFA Banquet? Because it RELISHED every minute! Come relish the Bureau Valley FFA Banquet with members, parents, and more April 2nd at 1:00 P.M. The banquet will be held in the Bureau Valley High School Gym(Storm Cellar) along with a meal, dessert, and refreshments. Following the banquet will be the labor auction where individuals and businesses can purchase 8 hours of hard work from members and advisors!
